Printer help, over the phone, at your pace

Printers are the single thing people call us about most. They say "offline" for no reason, they stop printing after a Wi-Fi change, the new one arrives in a box with no real instructions, and the ink icons never quite make sense.

Pronto is a phone line you call when that happens. A patient voice — it's an AI assistant, and it will tell you so — walks you through fixing it one small step at a time. No appointment, no stranger in your house, no waiting on hold for an hour. You dial, you describe what the printer is doing, and you work through it together at whatever pace suits you.

The help line is (786) 305-6399— $0.50 a minute from prepaid credit, no subscription. The voice on the line is an AI assistant (it will tell you so), it never asks for passwords or card numbers, and if we can’t fix your problem, the call’s on us.

How a call goes

  1. Tell us what's happening in your own words — "it says offline," "it prints blank pages," "I just bought it and nothing works."
  2. We figure out which printer you have (the model number hides on a sticker — we'll help you find it).
  3. One step at a time: check the cable or the Wi-Fi light, restart the right things in the right order, reconnect the printer to your network if it lost it.
  4. We stay on the line while you test it with a real page, and we don't call it done until paper comes out.

Common questions

My printer says "offline" — can you really fix that over the phone?

Usually, yes. "Offline" is almost always the printer and the computer disagreeing about the Wi-Fi network, a stuck print queue, or the printer napping in power-save mode. All three are fixable by pressing the right buttons in the right order, and we know the order.

I just bought a new printer. Can you help me set it up from the box?

Yes — setup calls are common. Have the printer plugged in near your computer or phone, and know your Wi-Fi password (don't tell it to us — you'll type it in yourself; we never ask for passwords). Plan on 15–30 minutes.

Which printer brands do you support?

All the common ones — HP, Canon, Epson, Brother. If it prints, we'll work on it. If it's genuinely broken hardware (a dead print head, for instance), we'll say so honestly instead of running up the clock, and tell you what to ask the repair shop.

What does it cost?

50 cents a minute from prepaid credit — a typical printer fix runs $3–8. If we can't fix your problem, the call is automatically credited back. There's no subscription and no service fee.
