Pronto is operated by Pronto AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States and based in Branchburg, New Jersey. We provide a phone-based technical support service for everyday consumer technology.
What we do
Pronto is a patient tech help line you reach by calling a phone number. When you call, a voice assistant helps you work through common technology problems one step at a time — resetting a password, getting a printer back online, recovering an email account, pairing a TV remote, setting up a new phone, and similar everyday tasks. The service is designed for people who want calm, unhurried help without jargon, screen-sharing, or an in-person appointment.
We are not a substitute for a licensed technician or any regulated professional. Pronto is a general-purpose helper for low-stakes consumer technology questions. We never ask for your passwords, full card numbers, or two-factor codes on a call.
Why we built it
Technology moves fast, and getting help with it often means long hold times, confusing menus, or asking a busy family member. We built Pronto so that anyone can get friendly, judgment-free help over an ordinary phone call, at their own pace — whenever they need it.
How billing works
Pronto is pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly subscription — you pay a simple per-minute rate from prepaid credit. Full terms are on our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.
